使用方式

1.備粉圓1斤,水為8至10斤。請使用足夠水量煮食,以避免造成糊化現象。

2.將水煮滾後,緩慢將粉圓依序倒入,並攪拌至粉圓散開即可。建議使用口徑較大之鍋具,粉圓受熱較均勻。

3.當粉圓浮出水面,請將大火轉以中小火,使其滾動,並適時攪拌

4.燜煮建議時間

5.燜煮後,用水沖洗兩次,瀝乾後可依個人口味加入些許甜味料,例如果糖、砂糖。

6.煮至完成後,建議於4小時內食用完畢,風味最佳。

Method of Application

1.Boil 8 cups of water in a large stockpot.※The ratio of Tapioca Pearl to Water is 1:8.
2.Reduce the flame to the medium setting, and then slowly put 1 cup of the tapioca pearl into the stockpot.※Remember to stir it well once in a while to prevent the tapioca pearl from becoming too sticky.
3.Once the water is boiled, reduce the flame to the minimum setting, and cook the tapioca pearl for 20 minutes.※Remember to stir it well once in a while to prevent the tapioca pearl from becoming too sticky.
4.After 20 minutes, turn off the flame, and cover the stockpot with the lid. Infuse the tapioca pearl for 25 minutes.
5.After 25 minutes, use the drinking water to clean the sticky tapioca pearl and strain out the tapioca pearl into a cotainer. Serve the tapioca pearl with a small amount of honey or fructose for the best.
